How to return

1. Email us at support@avarala.com within 90 days of your purchase date.
2. Let us know your order number and reason for return.
3. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label.
4. Once we receive the insoles, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
• One return per customer per order.
